Working Student Marketing and Communications (m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology company that is transforming how an entire industry operates. Our client is looking for a Working Student in Marketing and Communications to join their small, agile team in Frankfurt am Main.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own real projects from concept to execution. You'll support B2B marketing activities across digital channels, events, and communications—seeing your work go live and receiving direct feedback. Responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn, including copywriting, visuals, and short animated videos
• Support the organisation of industry fairs and internal/external events
• Design branding and marketing materials that maintain brand consistency
• Research industry trends, competitors, and developments, translating findings into actionable insights
• Assist with monthly newsletter production and CRM management (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Support PR and external communications initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the entire team and contribute your own ideas to campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Genuine curiosity about the logistics and transportation industry (no prior knowledge required)
• Strong initiative and ability to develop campaign concepts independently
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva is beneficial
• Experience with AI tools and prompting (such as Claude) is a plus
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Vimeo, Jira, or Confluence is welcome but not required
• Proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or PR is advantageous but attitude and curiosity matter most
