Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-established gaming technology provider in their search for an Onboarding Coordinator based in Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing critical partnership launches across global markets.

In this position, you'll serve as the central coordination point for new partner implementations, managing the complete journey from contract signature through successful go-live. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, technical, compliance, legal, finance, and account management teams to ensure smooth launches and exceptional partner experiences.

This role combines project management expertise with customer relationship skills and commercial awareness. You'll manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects, removing obstacles and driving timelines while building strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding processes for newly signed operator partners from contract through go-live
• Coordinate multiple integration and onboarding projects simultaneously across international markets
• Serve as primary contact for partners during implementation, ensuring positive experiences throughout
• Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate API integrations, product configuration, and launch readiness
• Work cross-functionally with sales, compliance, legal, finance, and account management to meet all milestones
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and launch checklists while proactively identifying risks
• Coordinate commercial launch activities including game positioning and promotional strategies
• Maintain clear communication with customers, managing expectations throughout the onboarding journey
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and project management practices to reduce time-to-market
• Build strong internal and external relationships while delivering exceptional service on every project

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in the B2B iGaming industry, working with operators, suppliers, or aggregators
• Proven track record managing customer onboarding, implementation, integration, or customer success projects
• Strong project management capabilities with ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
• Solid understanding of API integrations, technical implementation processes, and product releases
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
• Strong organizational abilities with effective prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Commercial mindset with confidence managing customer expectations and supporting successful launches
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining high ownership and accountability
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supplier-side iGaming industry experience
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience coordinating technical integration projects with multiple stakeholders
• Basic SQL knowledge or technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience launching products or coordinating commercial go-live activities
