About This Opportunity
We are representing a leading global cryptocurrency exchange in their search for a Principal Brand Designer. Our client is reshaping how millions interact with digital finance through innovative trading platforms and decentralized applications.
As a senior creative leader within the brand design function, you'll define the visual language for one of the fastest-growing platforms in crypto. This role spans the full spectrum of brand touchpoints: digital campaigns, web properties, editorial content, social media, events, and brand identity systems. You'll own creative execution from concept through delivery, elevating every brief with clarity, versatility, and exceptional craft.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of creative materials from briefing through production, collaborating with creative directors and design leadership
- Take ownership of high-priority projects requiring senior-level design execution and strategic thinking
- Ensure visual consistency and excellence across diverse deliverables including product design, campaigns, web experiences, and event activations
- Partner effectively with global cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and business teams
- Streamline production processes to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain an omni-channel approach across content, social media, PR, partnerships, events, product, and digital media
- Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and visual asset standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and support mentorship opportunities
- Build strong working relationships across distributed teams and functions
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Brand or Visual Designer in agency and/or in-house roles serving global brands
- Proven generalist background with hands-on creative direction across multiple disciplines including brand identity, social media, experiential design, web, motion graphics, and 3D
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, visual craft, and the ability to execute across channels and formats
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving brand needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate across time zones
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning complex briefs into clear, compelling creative solutions
