REXEL is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve customers and prospects across the Marietta, GA area. You'll engage directly with clients to identify their needs, present targeted solutions, and close sales through skilled phone and email communication. This position suits a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships and achieving consistent performance targets in a collaborative sales environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and execute outbound prospecting to develop new business opportunities
• Qualify leads and assess customer needs, recommending products and solutions that address specific challenges
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and relationship management
• Record all customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM platform with accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and field sales teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Achieve or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to team revenue objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated inside sales experience, preferably in B2B distribution or a similar environment
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to quickly understand customer needs
• Proven ability to close sales and negotiate terms effectively in phone-based selling
• Competency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
