Role Overview

As Spa Manager at The Wickaninnish Inn, you'll oversee all spa operations, from treatment delivery and staff management to guest experience and business performance. This role requires leadership acumen, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for wellness hospitality. You'll drive standards of excellence whilst managing budgets, schedules, and team dynamics in a luxury property setting.

Core Duties

• Direct daily spa operations, including scheduling, service delivery, and guest interactions
• Recruit, train, and mentor spa staff to consistently exceed service standards
• Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all spa facilities
• Manage spa budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures
• Curate and oversee spa treatments, wellness programmes, and guest services
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated guest experiences
• Monitor equipment maintenance, supplies, and facility upkeep
• Gather and act on guest feedback to continuously improve operations
