We are representing a confidential luxury property management organization seeking a Sales Assistant to support their high-end villa and resort portfolio. This is a home-based, part-time role ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in relationship-building and business development.

Our client operates in the premium hospitality sector, working with exclusive properties and discerning clientele. You'll play a key role in expanding their client base and driving revenue through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and managers in the luxury hospitality market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents and industry contacts
• Present and sell premium property management services to prospective clients
• Generate qualified leads and referrals for the business
• Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations with decision-makers
• Close deals independently once fully trained on services, pricing, and contract terms
• Research and expand prospect databases using Excel and independent market research
• Provide feedback on prospect interactions and identify market opportunities
• Support social media outreach and engagement activities (email, direct messaging, LinkedIn) as needed
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to CRM implementation efforts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach to high-value prospects
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, particularly with premium clientele
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
• Proficiency with Excel for database management and prospect tracking
• Experience or familiarity with luxury hospitality, real estate, or property management is a plus
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in sales conversations
• Comfortable using social media platforms for professional networking and outreach
