About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential staffing services organization with a strong national presence in Germany. Our client operates a successful branch in Hannover focused on placing skilled trade professionals, and they are seeking an experienced Personal- und Vertriebsdisponent*in to join their leadership team.

This is a senior-level role combining sales development, recruitment, and team management responsibilities. You'll have significant autonomy to develop new business strategies while building on an established client base in the Hannover market.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing accounts in the staffing sector
• Develop and implement new business strategies and revenue opportunities
• Recruit and qualify candidates for client placements, particularly skilled trade professionals
• Lead and manage a department team
• Drive branch performance through strategic sales and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Completed vocational training in commercial or technical field
• Proven experience in the staffing/personnel services industry (this is mandatory)
• Strong sales orientation and business development skills
• Leadership experience managing teams
• Fluency in German for client and candidate interactions
