Werkstudent:in Sales & Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support sales and operations coordination. In this role, you will take ownership from day one:

• Conduct initial outreach to potential customers, pre-qualify inquiries, and filter relevant leads for the sales team
• Proactively manage appointment scheduling for digital consultations and on-site assessments, including independent rescheduling when needed
• Follow up persistently yet professionally to obtain missing documentation and technical photos from customers in a timely manner
• Ensure complete handover of customer information and technical details from sales to installation teams, optimizing the sales-to-operations process

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who thinks independently and takes initiative, not just completes tasks:

• Strong communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for phone-based customer contact; articulate, quick-witted, and able to strike the right tone
• Fast learner who can quickly understand technical requirements and knows exactly what information operations teams need for smooth installations
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills; you follow through proactively until all materials are complete
• Currently enrolled at a university (field of study is secondary to your motivation)
• Passion for climate protection, energy transition, and sustainability is a strong advantage
• Prior exposure to heat pumps, solar systems, or energy management is helpful but not required—training will be provided
