GoHighLevel (GHL) Marketing Automation Specialist- LATAM or Europe Based

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing organization serving multiple markets across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We're seeking a GoHighLevel Marketing Automation Specialist to support performance-driven campaigns for clients in various growth-stage sectors. This is a fully remote role based in Argentina, working closely with a small, results-oriented team during UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale paid social campaigns designed to drive consistent event bookings and lead generation
• Monitor and optimize cost per lead (CPL) metrics to maintain efficiency within target parameters
• Analyze conversion funnels from initial click through to final booking, identifying drop-off points and opportunities for improvement
• Research competitive landscape in client markets to inform positioning and creative strategy
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and test new ad creative concepts
• Design, iterate, and A/B test landing pages to maximize conversion rates
• Deliver detailed monthly performance reports documenting optimizations, tests, and strategic recommendations
• Implement server-side tracking solutions to ensure accurate attribution and data collection
• Deploy AI tools and automation workflows to increase operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional ownership with clear communication skills and accountability for results
• Proven experience developing creative strategies and directing content production for paid media
• Background working in agency environments and thriving within small, collaborative teams
• Deep technical knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a track record of meeting conversion targets
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM platform and project management tools like Basecamp
• Broader understanding of digital marketing disciplines to support cross-functional needs
• Experience implementing AI tools and building marketing automation workflows
• Familiarity with server-side tracking platforms (Anytrack or similar)
• Ability to work standard UK business hours from Argentina
