About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential executive search firm specializing in digital health and healthcare IT placements. They are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their growing practice and build a career in recruitment within one of healthcare's most dynamic sectors.

This is a remote, relationship-driven role ideal for someone with strong communication skills who wants to transition into executive search. You'll work with innovative healthcare technology companies and the professionals driving transformation in telehealth, patient engagement, analytics, and care management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage prospective candidates through calls, referrals, networking, research, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone conversations and build relationships with professionals at various career stages
• Research companies, competitors, talent markets, and emerging trends across digital health and healthcare IT
• Develop specialized knowledge of healthcare technology markets and key industry players
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and career goals to identify strong matches
• Maintain organized recruiting activity, notes, and candidate pipelines within CRM systems
• Support candidates and clients throughout interview and hiring processes
• Manage daily activity and priorities effectively while working remotely

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in sales or an agency environment
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence conducting phone-based conversations
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay productive in a remote setting
• Track record of taking ownership, managing responsibilities, and following through on commitments
• Initiative, resourcefulness, and sound problem-solving abilities
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with resilience when facing rejection or setbacks
• Curiosity about people, businesses, healthcare, and emerging technologies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Professional, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet connection
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Background in sales, customer service, account management, business development, recruiting, healthcare, technology, or other phone-intensive roles is a plus

Pay
