Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Business Development Representative based in the Philippines. Our client specializes in procurement, data, and finance transformation services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven B2B sales experience who thrives in outbound prospecting and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.

Candidates must be available to work mid-shift or late-shift hours and must be currently residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with procurement, finance, and transformation leaders at target organizations
• Qualify inbound leads and re-engage dormant opportunities in the pipeline
• Conduct account research to identify hiring trends, transformation signals, and key decision-makers
• Support multiple sales channels and coordinate outreach strategies
• Manage and track your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to align on growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communication, or related field (mandatory)
• Proven experience selling professional services in procurement, data, or finance domains (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of B2B SDR, sales, or lead generation experience (mandatory)
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot or similar sales tools
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage in credible business conversations
• Genuine interest in procurement, finance, or business transformation topics
• Proactive, curious, and resilient approach to sales challenges
• Comfortable working in structured, process-driven sales environments
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise B2B settings is preferred
