About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization specializing in embedded systems and IoT solutions. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across complex technical initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge embedded projects while building strong client relationships and shaping project success from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted partnerships and identifying opportunities for expanded collaboration
- Tailor project delivery models to align with client requirements while applying proven project management best practices
- Conduct portfolio risk analysis, proactively manage project risks, and maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Lead and develop team members through hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention initiatives
- Implement standardized tools and best practices for project execution and management
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and documenting project achievements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in project management roles
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and industry-standard tools
- Proven track record in risk management with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams
- Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI practices and tools across project portfolios
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with clients and technical teams
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
- Experience with embedded systems projects is a strong advantage
