Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential federal technology services organization in their search for a SkillBridge Intern - Growth. This remote opportunity is designed exclusively for active-duty military service members transitioning to civilian careers through the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.

Our client builds mission-critical software solutions for government agencies and is expanding their business development capabilities. As a Growth Team intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in federal procurement, lead generation, and proposal development while working alongside experienced growth managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on federal procurement opportunities through platforms like SAM.gov and GSA schedules to identify potential business leads
• Support lead generation activities, qualify prospects, and maintain CRM systems using tools such as HubSpot
• Assist with proposal management including content creation, document editing, and coordination across teams
• Help organize client meetings, prepare presentations, and develop understanding of customer requirements
• Collaborate with marketing to create outreach content and materials that drive inbound leads
• Contribute to business development strategies, including developing case studies and customer success stories

What We're Looking For

• Currently on active duty and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
• U.S. citizenship required (federal government contract requirement); ability to pass a background investigation
• Strong growth mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Interest in business development, sales, and marketing with focus on government contracts
• Preferred: Entry-level experience or certifications in business development, marketing, or related fields

Program Details: This is a 40-hour per week apprenticeship, 120-180 days preferred duration, fully remote.
