Working Student – Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the outdoor lifestyle sector seeking a Working Student to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of executive search projects while building foundational recruiting skills in a fast-growing international business. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters, support leadership hiring across multiple markets, and gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify leadership talent using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across functions and markets
• Manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through to shortlist, coordinating communication, follow-ups, and updates while delivering an excellent candidate experience
• Gradually participate in initial candidate screenings and support evaluation processes, gaining exposure to interview frameworks and assessment methods
• Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor organizational structures to develop strategic talent maps
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports and share insights with hiring teams to support data-driven recruitment decisions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2–3 semesters remaining
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to engage empathetically with diverse candidates and stakeholders
• Structured and reliable work approach with strong organizational skills to manage pipelines, priorities, and progress
• Comfortable using sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and spreadsheets while handling sensitive information with discretion
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, executive search, or demanding customer-facing roles is a plus
• Available to work approximately 15–20 hours per week with flexibility around lectures and exams

Pay
