Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position where you'll serve as a strategic Account Director for LinkedIn Sales Solutions, managing key client relationships and revenue growth. As an Account Director with Spanish fluency, you'll work directly with enterprise and mid-market customers, leveraging LinkedIn's platform to help them achieve their sales and recruitment objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account strategies for your assigned client base, focusing on Spanish-language markets and Spanish-speaking customer segments
- Manage end-to-end account relationships, from discovery and solution design through implementation and ongoing optimisation
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and customer expansion within your assigned accounts
- Conduct consultative needs assessments with stakeholders to align LinkedIn's sales and recruiting solutions to customer goals
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships that result in customer retention and advocacy
- Collaborate with Sales Solutions specialists, customer success teams, and product partners to ensure customer success
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) — essential for this Account Director role
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success within technology, SaaS, or digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise-level contacts
- Strong understanding of sales processes, recruitment challenges, and LinkedIn's platform capabilities
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment whilst collaborating effectively across distributed teams
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving orientation and customer-centric approach
