Typical Project Details

We're seeking Software Quality Assurance Analysts who follow Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on API testing. Contract durations typically range from 6 months to 1 year, though many extend beyond the initial term and some evolve into ongoing arrangements.

Location: Open to candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Estonia, Ireland, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, or the United States. Fully remote.

Schedule: Both part-time and full-time contracts available. Working hours generally align with daytime schedules in your regional time zone (e.g., 9 AM–6 PM CST in the Americas or CET in EMEA).

Requirements: You must have access to an Android or iOS mobile device for testing, plus a reliable high-speed internet connection. Mobile hotspots and unstable connections are not suitable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute smoke, scripted, and exploratory test cases across mobile, web, and desktop platforms
  • Conduct functional, localization, regression, and payments testing to ensure software meets quality standards
  • Report, reproduce, and track issues found during testing with clear documentation
  • Analyze test results, logs, and data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and execute API tests using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar
  • Create, maintain, and review test cases and suites aligned with business priorities and best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Generate test reports that provide actionable insights and communicate progress proactively
  • Stay current with trends and advancements in software testing tools and methodologies

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, Xray, or similar)
  • Experience with mobile and web applications, frontend and backend testing, including API testing
  • Proficiency in identifying and documenting software bugs and issues
  • Ability to handle technical tasks such as test data generation, log capturing and analysis, browser developer tools, and network log analyzers
  • Experience working in agile teams in remote environments with strong collaboration across Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation principles

  • Drive to learn quickly and continuously expand knowledge
  • Comfortable with frequent change and able to adapt fast
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
