Email Automation & QA Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client that is transforming how brands engage with their customers through modern payment solutions. Our talent team is seeking an Email Automation & QA Specialist to join their Marketing Design organization and own the systems, automation, and quality assurance behind a multi-brand email production engine.

This is a remote position based in the USA. You'll be the expert who ensures email campaigns are built accurately, validated thoroughly, and delivered flawlessly at scale—using automation to standardize production and a rigorous QA process to catch issues before launch.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain email templates in Braze from approved Figma designs and copy, ensuring accuracy across content blocks, catalogs, and localized versions
• Build and refine AI-assisted workflows that convert designs and copy into reusable, dynamic email structures
• Design and implement an AI-driven pre-QA layer that validates links, UTM parameters, Liquid variables, localization, dark mode rendering, and compliance elements before human review
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end QA on every email: proofreading, link validation, rendering tests across clients and dark mode, dynamic content verification, and inbox testing
• Generate, manage, and validate campaign tracking links and deep links (Branch.io or similar platforms), building automated checks for common errors
• Support Marketing Ops and Lifecycle teams with campaign and canvas builds by delivering validated templates and content catalogs ready for deployment
• Troubleshoot and update HTML and Liquid code within established templates, maintaining email client compatibility and rendering best practices
• Maintain documentation, versioning, and ongoing updates to automation workflows as partner programs and requirements evolve
• Manage content accuracy and updates across existing campaigns—offer changes, compliance edits, copy refreshes—with automation where possible and careful review always

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail—you catch edge cases and take pride in error-free deliverables
• Hands-on experience building or operating automation in production environments (AI-assisted workflows, scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or process automation)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email—sufficient to troubleshoot, update, and QA code confidently
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems
• Deep understanding of production pipelines: inputs, assembly, validation, launch, and iteration
• Comfort with operational rigor including naming conventions, documentation, change control, and ongoing maintenance
• Clear, proactive communication and strong ownership of deliverables

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms
• Experience managing content catalogs and dynamic template logic
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, link management, and campaign attribution
• Experience with mobile deep linking platforms such as Branch.io
• Experience with inbox testing tools and email client rendering QA
• Experience working within component-based design systems
