Customer Experience Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Argentina. This role goes far beyond traditional support—you'll serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth members, delivering white-glove service while solving complex financial scenarios. Our client is a fast-growing financial services platform serving business owners, and they need someone who can operate with autonomy, precision, and exceptional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone, conducting thorough investigations across multiple internal systems before delivering precise, high-quality responses
• Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes including document verification, account setup, and feature troubleshooting while maintaining premium service standards
• Manage sensitive scenarios with discretion and expertise: frozen accounts, disputed transactions, application denials, and compliance-related communications
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance teams to resolve multi-stakeholder issues
• File detailed bug reports and test new features in staging environments
• Create and update documentation when process gaps are identified
• Qualify high-value sales leads and route them to appropriate account executives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English with flawless written and spoken communication skills—you'll be the voice of a premium financial service
• 2+ years of experience in fintech or financial services customer support, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
• Availability to work nights and weekends (local and/or US business hours)
• Clear, professional communication style with ability to explain complex fintech concepts to non-technical customers
• High ownership mindset—you proactively fix broken processes and document gaps without being asked
• Investigative approach to problem-solving; you dig into root causes rather than simply relaying information
• Technical fluency and ability to quickly learn new software platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Linear, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets)
• Exceptional judgment to distinguish between confused customers and those attempting to exploit the system
• Emotional resilience to remain calm during high-pressure situations

Preferred:

• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
