Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential autism services organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver telehealth-based clinical supervision for in-home ABA programs across the United States.

This remote role offers the clinical impact of direct service with the flexibility of virtual delivery. You'll oversee behavior technicians in the field, guide families through evidence-based interventions, and ensure high-quality care—all from your home office. Periodic travel to client sites is required, with expenses fully covered.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical oversight and supervision for in-home ABA therapy programs
• Coach and support behavior technicians in the field through virtual observation and feedback
• Develop individualized, assent-based behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA methodology
• Conduct virtual family training sessions to promote skill generalization and consistency
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to maintain service quality
• Travel periodically to assigned markets for in-person support and team development

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience delivering or supervising ABA services, preferably in home-based settings
• Strong clinical skills in functional assessment and skills-based treatment approaches
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and remote supervision technology
• Excellent communication skills for coaching staff and training caregivers virtually
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically within assigned region
• Commitment to assent-based, compassionate care practices

Pay
