Role Overview

As a Team Leader at Greene King in Chorlton-Cum-Hardy, you'll manage the day-to-day running of the pub, overseeing a team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality. Core Duties

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, stock management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor service delivery and take action to maintain Greene King quality standards
• Handle cash procedures, till management, and assist with financial reporting
• Induct and train staff on product knowledge, company policies, and service expectations
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve operational issues promptly
• Contribute to scheduling, rotas, and staffing decisions to meet business needs

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a hospitality team leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management abilities
