Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize user acquisition and retention funnels across the platform
- Develop, implement, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Build and maintain BI and CRM dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness
- Design and execute growth experiments to identify highest-ROI strategies
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Take ownership of key analytics projects in a fast-paced startup environment
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
- Strong experience building and managing BI dashboards
- Highly analytical problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Exceptional combination of quantitative skills and business judgment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for building impactful products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Background in CRM platform management
- Previous remote work experience at startup-stage companies
