Responsibilities
We are representing a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in Berlin that's seeking a working student to support their marketing efforts. In this role, you'll work directly with the founding growth manager and take on real ownership from day one.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Planning and creating social media content for LinkedIn, including video content and community engagement
- Developing content such as blog articles, newsletters, and case studies
- Coordinating newsletter preparation, distribution, and performance tracking
- Supporting the setup, coordination, and execution of webinars
- Conducting market and competitor research, particularly around compliance technology and AI applications
- Identifying new marketing channels and formats relevant to B2B software
What We're Looking For
Our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and take genuine ownership of their areas:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar) - minimum 3rd semester bachelor's level
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment or strong interest in B2B software marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and curiosity to explore new ones
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Fluent in both German and English
- Preferred: exposure to content marketing (SEO, GEO), newsletter management, or B2B social media
- Nice to have: familiarity with HubSpot and Canva
