Early Childhood Teacher

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential K-12 education technology organization seeking a passionate Remote Early Childhood Teacher to deliver engaging math instruction to preschool through kindergarten students. This is a full-time W-2 position offering the flexibility of remote work from anywhere, with training beginning immediately and classes launching in the summer semester.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver online math classes for young learners on a weekly basis (10-20 classes per week, approximately 10-20 teaching hours)
• Participate in paid teaching assistant work, observing and learning from experienced lead teachers
• Conduct trial lessons with prospective students to ensure proper class placement (5-10 hours/week)
• Grade student homework and maintain regular parent communication regarding student progress and areas for improvement (3-5 hours/week)
• Complete additional assignments as directed by the teaching management team
• Work approximately 2:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday through Sunday (1-2 days off weekly), with flexible scheduling for non-teaching hours

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field; Education or STEM-related majors preferred
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus but not required
• High-energy, enthusiastic personality with natural ability to engage and excite young children
• Availability and commitment to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026
• Genuine passion for teaching and working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with parents
• Reliable home technology setup including stable computer and internet connection
• Excellent responsiveness and professional communication habits

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: Our client offers competitive compensation with teaching hours paid at $35/hour and administrative hours (lesson preparation, grading, parent communication) paid at $16-$22/hour. First-year total target compensation is estimated at $40,000-$50,000 annually. Benefits include 401k and health, vision, and dental insurance depending on eligibility. High-performing teachers may advance to management roles with increased responsibilities, performance bonuses, and enhanced benefits.
