Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking an intern to join their Berlin team. From day one, you'll be actively involved in real client work, not just observing from the sidelines. You'll gain hands-on experience and progressively take on responsibility in the following areas:

• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of client appointments and meeting coordination
• Assisting with business development activities and new client acquisition initiatives
• Contributing to the establishment and expansion of strategic partnerships
• Analyzing client profiles and data to support customized advisory services
• Helping develop tailored financial concepts for clients
• Maintaining and nurturing client relationships through aftersales support

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who are currently enrolled in university studies (business or economics background is advantageous but not required) or are in a career exploration phase. The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine interest in financial topics and a passion for working with people
• Strong communication skills and client-facing aptitude
• Previous experience in customer-oriented roles or sales is helpful but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided
• A goal-oriented, independent work style and motivation for personal development
• Performance-driven mindset with ambition to achieve above-average results

This internship serves as an ideal trial period, with the potential for direct conversion to a trainee position after the first four weeks for strong performers.
