Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – ein innovatives B2B-Softwareunternehmen mit Sitz in München – einen Technical Product Enablement Manager (m/w/d). In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle bauen Sie ein modernes Wissens- und Lernökosystem auf und gestalten den Enablement-Bereich von Grund auf mit. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Consulting und Vertrieb zusammen und tragen dazu bei, dass neue Produktfunktionen intern sowie bei Kunden erfolgreich eingesetzt werden.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Aufbau und Pflege einer zentralen Wissensdatenbank sowie produktbezogener Dokumentationen
- Entwicklung von Schulungs- und Lernkonzepten für Mitarbeiter und Kunden
- Planung und Kommunikation neuer Features, Releases und Produktänderungen
- Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Erstellung und Optimierung von Lern- und Wissensinhalten
- Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Entwicklungs-, Consulting- und Vertriebsteams
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pädagogik, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung im Projekt-, Prozess- oder Product-Enablement-Umfeld, idealerweise bei einem B2B-Softwareprodukt
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Interesse an Technologie, Softwareprodukten, KI-Anwendungen und komplexen Themenfeldern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
