What This Role Involves

As a Table Games Supervisor, you'll manage the daily operations of assigned table games, ensuring strict adherence to gaming regulations and house procedures. You'll supervise dealers and gaming staff, monitor game performance and payouts, and create an environment where both team members and guests feel valued and respected.

What You'll Do

• Supervise table games dealers and staff to maintain operational integrity and compliance
• Monitor assigned table games for accuracy, proper procedures, and guest satisfaction
• Address player concerns and manage escalations with professionalism and tact
• Conduct regular staff interactions, offering guidance and fostering team engagement
• Display energy, enthusiasm, and open communication with team members and guests
• Ensure the casino floor maintains a welcoming, secure, and compliant gaming environment
• Verify proper handling of chips, cards, and gaming equipment throughout your shift

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in gaming, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of table games rules, procedures, and gaming regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
• Available to work flexible part-time hours, including nights and weekends
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess or be willing to obtain valid gaming credentials
