Concierge – Per Diem/On-Call Overnight 11pm-7am

About This Position

This is a full-time overnight concierge role serving as the primary point of contact during night hours at our assisted living community. You'll be the welcoming face and helpful voice that greets guests, answers inquiries, and ensures seamless communication across departments. Your warm, professional presence sets the tone for our residents' experience when they need support after hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors with genuine courtesy and hospitality
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, screen communications, and direct them appropriately
• Relay messages accurately and ensure proper follow-up with relevant departments
• Provide comprehensive information about the assisted living community's amenities and services
• Assist with scheduling, directions, and general inquiries from residents and guests
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front-desk presence throughout the night shift
• Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to support resident needs
