About the Role

What You'll Do
- Oversee aircraft maintenance operations and direct assigned technicians on assigned projects
- Ensure all work adheres to FAA regulations, industry safety protocols, and the Repair Station Quality Control Manual
- Provide technical instruction and mentorship to maintenance team members
- Inspect completed work to guarantee quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Monitor team performance and verify adherence to safety procedures
