AI Solutions Specialist at PointClickCare — Join our Customer Experience team as an AI Solutions Specialist and guide healthcare organizations through the implementation and optimization of AI-powered workflows. About the Role
You'll serve as the bridge between PointClickCare's AI capabilities and our customers' operational needs. This position sits at the intersection of customer success and technical implementation, where your ability to understand business objectives and translate them into configured solutions directly drives customer outcomes. You're equally comfortable diving into workflow setup and coaching customers through adoption.
What You'll Do
- Configure and deploy AI solutions aligned with each customer's specific workflows, use cases, and success metrics
- Work directly with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities where intelligent automation can improve efficiency and operational performance
- Provide implementation support, feature training, and optimization guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers encounter during AI integration and ongoing use
- Act as a strategic advisor who combines technical knowledge with customer success expertise to ensure sustainable adoption
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to align on implementation timelines, customer needs, and feedback
- Capture customer insights and use cases that inform AI product development and capability enhancements
What We're Looking For
- Experience implementing or configuring software solutions in a customer-facing environment
- Strong grasp of workflow automation principles and how AI can optimize healthcare or enterprise operations
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders without deep technical backgrounds
- Customer-focused mindset: you measure success by customer outcomes and retention
- Self-directed learner comfortable mastering new platforms and troubleshooting challenges independently
- Background in healthcare, SaaS, or customer-intensive B2B industries valued
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
