The Opportunity

As a Golf Cart Attendant at Idle Hour Club, you'll be essential to keeping our golf course running smoothly. This part-time position offers the chance to work in an outdoor, active environment while directly contributing to the satisfaction of our members. You'll take pride in ensuring that every golfer has access to well-maintained, safe equipment from their first hole to their last.

Core Duties

• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on golf carts to ensure safety and functionality
• Organize golf course equipment, including clubs, bags, and accessories
• Assist members with golf cart operation, placement, and troubleshooting throughout their rounds
• Monitor cart fleet for mechanical issues and report repairs needed to management
• Maintain a clean, organized cart storage area and charging stations
• Support member requests with a positive, professional attitude

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with members
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lifting, and repetitive work outdoors
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn basic cart maintenance and troubleshooting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of golf course operations is a plus
