Role Overview

As Environmental Maintenance Technician at Motrex LLC, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of all environmental equipment within our facility. This is hands-on, technical work that directly supports operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and execute repairs to keep systems operating at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who takes pride in maintaining high-quality equipment and preventing costly downtime.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all environmental equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs and adjustments
• Document maintenance activities, repair history, and equipment performance metrics
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and emergency repairs
• Replace worn or damaged parts and perform equipment servicing as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related technical field
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade training is a plus
• Willingness to learn new systems and stay current with maintenance best practices
