Quality Control Manager (Remote)

Role Overview

As our Quality Control Manager, you'll lead all quality operations for Maximus, overseeing end-to-end quality functions from planning through execution. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining accountability for quality performance against contractual service level agreements. You'll architect systems that identify inefficiencies, reduce variation, and deliver consistent quality improvements across operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct quality operations including strategic planning, process implementation, and ongoing monitoring to ensure contract requirements are met
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems that support continuous identification and execution of improvement opportunities
• Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators, ensuring all contracted quality standards are sustained and documented
• Develop and deliver quality reports and performance analysis to inform leadership decisions and identify operational trends
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure ongoing adherence to all contractual obligations related to quality operations and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and oversee quality management systems
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, key performance indicators, and data-driven quality improvement methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration
• Experience working in contract-sensitive or compliance-driven environments
• Proficiency with quality management tools and reporting software
