Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and recommending solutions for their automotive needs
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and merchandise presentation across assigned areas
• Support scheduling, training, and development of part-time and full-time team members
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and cash management with accuracy
• Collaborate with Store Manager on performance metrics, goals, and operational excellence

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1–2 years of automotive parts, retail, or sales management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse teams
• Customer service-focused mindset with a genuine interest in solving customer problems
• Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility and reliability
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
