About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Differentiate instruction to support learners at all proficiency levels, including advanced and struggling students
- Maintain regular communication with families about student progress, attendance, and classroom activities

- Integrate technology and modern teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
Requirements
- Valid state teaching certification or credential for elementary education, appropriate to state requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated knowledge of elementary curriculum and age-appropriate instructional practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and support all learners, including those with diverse learning needs
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying current with educational best practices
- Proficiency with educational technology and willingness to incorporate digital tools in instruction
