As Director of Performance Marketing at Homeaglow, you're the strategic leader accountable for the paid acquisition function. You'll set the vision and roadmap for customer acquisition channels, oversee significant marketing investments, and ensure every dollar drives growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on accountability—you're responsible both for team performance and for direct contribution to revenue impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across channels (search, social, display, video, partnerships)
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing performance marketing team
- Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets with discipline and ROI focus
- Build analytics frameworks to measure, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Report on acquisition metrics, unit economics, and recommend strategy adjustments to leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record scaling paid acquisition channels profitably
- Deep expertise in platform advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with analytics tools and SQL preferred
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Results-oriented, data-driven decision maker who thrives on accountability
