About the Role
As a Sales – Home Associate at Steins, you'll be the face of our home department. Working alongside the store management team, you'll combine enthusiasm, integrity, and product knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need. This is a non-exempt, full-time position based in Oconomowoc, Waukasha County.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their home needs and recommend suitable products
- Build lasting customer relationships through attentive, personalized service
- Support the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Department Lead in executing company standards and values
- Maintain an organized, welcoming home department and assist with inventory management
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
