About the Role
As a Day Project Manager based in Everett, Snohomish County, you will oversee daytime janitorial and facility engineering operations at one or more commercial client sites. This full-time, on-site position puts you at the center of CCS Facility Services' day-to-day delivery, where you coordinate teams, uphold quality standards, and make sure each customer's expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily janitorial and facility engineering activities across assigned commercial accounts during day shifts.
- Supervise, schedule, and support on-site cleaning and engineering staff to keep buildings running smoothly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to requests and resolving service issues promptly.
- Monitor service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to CCS standards through regular site inspections.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and resources to deliver efficient, cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in facility services, janitorial operations, or building maintenance management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate frontline teams in a service-driven environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable availability for a full-time, on-site day schedule in Everett, Snohomish County.
