About the Role
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced crews to maintain the appearance and health of outdoor spaces for business clients across the region. The role supports the company’s reputation for delivering dependable, high‑quality landscape services.
What You'll Do
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using commercial‑grade equipment
- Blow and remove debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and building perimeters
- Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and ground cover according to design plans
- Assist with irrigation system checks, adjustments, and minor repairs
- Apply mulch, fertilizers, and pesticides under supervision
- Keep tools and vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for the next job
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
- Communicate progress and any site concerns to the crew leader
What We're Looking For
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Experience operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, or similar landscape machinery is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team‑first attitude
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance practices
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
