About This Position
The Technical Investigations Bureau seeks an accomplished attorney leader to serve as Deputy Bureau Chief. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor attorneys and investigators within the Technical Investigations Bureau
- Direct complex technical investigations from initiation through resolution and prosecution
- Develop and implement bureau policies, procedural standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with other bureau chiefs and District Attorney's Office leadership on case strategy and resource planning
- Ensure adherence to legal standards, ethical guidelines, and prosecutorial excellence
- Represent the office in court proceedings and investigative matters
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 10 years of legal experience
- Demonstrated excellence in supervisory and managerial positions
- Background in technical investigations, cybercrime, forensics, or related prosecutorial specialization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
