Target is hiring a full-time Specialty Sales consultant in the Style, Tech, and Beauty categories at our Washington, Washington County location. Starting at $15.50 per hour, this role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, technology, and beauty and wants to deliver expert guidance to every guest who walks through the door.

About the Role

As a Specialty Sales consultant, you'll be the trusted expert guests turn to when shopping our Style, Tech, and Beauty departments. You'll combine deep product knowledge with genuine care, helping each guest find items that match their needs, preferences, and lifestyle while building confidence in their purchases.

What You'll Do

• Engage guests with personalized recommendations and expert product knowledge across Style, Tech, and Beauty categories
• Maintain compelling product displays, signage, and merchandise presentation that reflect Target standards
• Process transactions accurately while creating a positive, friendly shopping experience
• Keep your department well-organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready throughout each shift
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and support overall store success
• Stay informed on new products, features, and promotions relevant to your specialty areas
