About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in Women's Shoes, you'll be the trusted guide helping customers find the perfect fit and style. You'll combine product expertise with genuine customer service to drive sales and build lasting relationships with shoppers visiting our West Dade Miami location.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate footwear styles and sizes

- Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays and keep the Women's Shoes section clean and well-stocked
