LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Westminster, Orange County to join our expanding behavioral health team. If you're a licensed clinician ready to expand access to quality mental healthcare, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to clients in our Westminster practice. You'll work with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. This is a full-time position based in our Westminster, CA office where you'll be part of a collaborative clinical team committed to improving mental healthcare access throughout Orange County.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Contribute to a supportive, professional clinical environment
What We're Looking For
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent clinical license
- Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
