About the Role
Rogers Group is hiring a dependable Off Road Haul Truck Driver to support daily production at the Farmington Quarry in Wheeler, Washington County. In this full-time, on-site position, you will operate heavy off-highway haul trucks that move aggregate materials throughout the quarry, playing a hands-on part in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate off road haul trucks to transport rock, stone, and aggregate materials across the quarry site.
- Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all loading, hauling, and dumping procedures to support continuous production flow.
- Maintain strict compliance with site safety standards, MSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with loader operators, supervisors, and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment or off-highway haul trucks is preferred.
- A strong commitment to working safely in an active quarry environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
