About the Role

We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to clients in our Westminster practice. You'll work with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. This is a full-time position based in our Westminster, CA office where you'll be part of a collaborative clinical team committed to improving mental healthcare access throughout Orange County.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Contribute to a supportive, professional clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent clinical license
• Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
