What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral, motivational, and other therapeutic modalities
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and clinical staff to coordinate integrated care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision
• Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives within the Schiller Park location

What We're Looking For

• Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Current Illinois psychology license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical mental health services
• Strong diagnostic and psychotherapy skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and complex cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to integrated, patient-centered behavioral health
• Willingness to embrace collaborative, team-based care models
