Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our clinical team in Far Rockaway, Queens. As a licensed mental health professional, you'll provide direct client care and help us expand access to personalized, affordable mental healthcare across our community.

You'll deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling to clients in our Far Rockaway location, working as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to unifying mental and physical health. What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case notes in our EHR system
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
• Contribute to a client-centered, recovery-focused clinical culture

What We're Looking For

• Current New York state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent credential
• Minimum clinical experience in mental health treatment and assessment
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Commitment to cultural competence and person-centered care
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
