What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions aligned with client needs and clinical goals
• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate, compliant client records
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive client support
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated

What We're Looking For

• Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent mental health credential
• Professional experience providing direct client services in mental health settings
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
