About the Role

We're seeking an experienced, licensed rehabilitation clinician to lead our therapy department while maintaining hands-on clinical responsibilities. In this hybrid leadership role, you'll oversee team operations, ensure quality patient care, and cultivate a culture of professional development among your peers. You'll work collaboratively to achieve meaningful recovery milestones for patients while supporting the growth and confidence of your clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct rehabilitation therapy services while managing clinical team workflows and productivity
• Mentor and develop fellow therapists, fostering professional growth and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and execute comprehensive patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress toward functional recovery goals and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Contribute to compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
• Support departmental operations, scheduling, and resource optimization

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Physical Therapy License (required)
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead clinicians in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
• Leadership mindset paired with clinical credibility and hands-on involvement
