Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dallas is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Therapy Leader for a part-time position in Addison. About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehab Therapy Leader, you will oversee rehabilitation therapy operations at our Addison location while providing direct patient care. This position balances hands-on clinical practice with supervisory responsibilities, enabling you to remain engaged in patient treatment while leading and developing your therapy team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient therapy services aligned with rehabilitation best practices and clinical standards
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff, supporting their professional growth and clinical skill development
• Coordinate therapy schedules and caseload management to optimize patient care delivery
• Monitor patient progress and guide treatment adjustments to achieve meaningful functional outcomes
• Support clinical compliance, quality assurance, and effective team communication
• Contribute to departmental efforts that enhance patient care and operational effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Physical Therapy License
• Clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading healthcare clinical teams
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation therapy protocols, patient assessment, and treatment planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team collaboration
• Commitment to patient-centered care and achieving meaningful rehabilitation outcomes
