About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in our rehabilitation hospital setting. You'll work alongside a dedicated healthcare team focused on helping patients rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life during their recovery process.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in our rehabilitation hospital, assessing their physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, documenting clinical observations in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery goals
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean patient care environment and follow infection control protocols
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in patient care, preferably in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for patients and commitment to quality care
- Availability to work part-time hours as scheduled
